Everything you enter is saved privately on this device. No account, no bank connection, and we can't view or recover your information. Download a backup regularly, especially before clearing browser data, deleting the app or changing devices.

Privacy and storage

This tool does not require an account or subscription and never connects to your bank, cards or other financial accounts. Information you enter is stored locally on the device and browser where you add the app. Your entries are not transmitted to us, stored in our database, or accessible by us.

Because we do not receive or store your information, we cannot recover it if it is deleted or lost. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, deleting the app, changing devices, or opening the tool in a different browser may prevent access to previously saved information.

Backups

Use Download app backup in More regularly, and before changing devices, clearing browser data, or deleting the app. Backup files can be saved to your preferred storage service, such as Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive, and brought back with Restore from backup.

What not to store

Never enter full card numbers, bank account or routing numbers, passwords, PINs, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information. A nickname or the last 4 digits is all you need to recognize a card or account.

Devices and features

Printing, saving as PDF, and file sharing depend on the options supported by your device and browser. An internet connection is needed to open the tool the first time and to receive updates. Features and browser behavior may vary by device.

Help & FAQ

How does Quick add work?

Type the bill name, the amount and the due day in one line, like “Verizon 166 16th,” “Rent $1,450 1st” or “Netflix 15.49 on the 30th.” A preview shows what the app understood before you add it. Amounts with a $ or cents and days with “th,” “st,” “nd” or “rd” are always read correctly. If something looks off, fix it in the preview or tap “Add with details.”

What if a bill's due date already passed?

It's added to this month and you can mark it as paid right in the preview. Recurring bills come back next month automatically.

How do paychecks work?

Set your pay schedule in More. Each bill is grouped under the paycheck that arrives before it's due. Enter the money you have for that paycheck to see what's left after bills or how much you're short. To pay a bill from a different paycheck, open the bill and change “Pay from paycheck.”

What happens when I start a new month?

You'll see a preview first. Recurring bills are copied as unpaid, one-time bills stay behind, and your other spending categories start again at $0 spent. The finished month moves to History, where you can look back anytime.

How long is my history kept?

Until you delete it. Past months take up almost no space.

What should I enter for cards and accounts?

Only a nickname and, if you like, the last 4 digits and the day the statement closes. Never enter full card or account numbers. The app doesn't need them.

Does it connect to my bank or pay my bills?

No. Nothing connects to your bank or cards, and the app doesn't move money. You pay your bills as usual and check them off here.

Does it send reminders?

No. Open the app to see what's due soon and anything overdue at the top of Home.

Is there a dark mode?

Yes. Go to More, then Display, and turn on Dark mode. It only changes the device you're using.

I can't find Add to Home Screen.

Open the link in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android, not inside Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

How do I move my bills to a new device?

Download a backup on your old device, then add the app to your new device and use Restore from backup there.

Does my list sync between devices?

No. Your bills stay privately on the device where you entered them. Use backup and restore to move them.
